PLAGUE The plague causes bleeding from the nose, mouth, ears, and in some cases, the eyes. It also causes patches of skin to have highly contrasted colors or darker colors. Eye color is also highly contrasted. Death is causes by high amounts of blood loss. The plague causes the body to overheat, making it sweat a lot, which has high effects in Hotland, where infected residents are sent to Quarantine is Snowdin Town, Snowdin Forest, Alphys' Lab*, or Toriel's home in the Ruins. You can disinfect monsters when you are outside of combat, too.
