I was drawing it with a friend, and we came up with sky pirates :3 They rule the sea and sky (but mostly the sea). This specific character is called Alexa Drummond, and she was disguised as a boy for a while before the crew mutinied and threw the captain overboard. Then she became captain and revealed herself.
