here he is ,, he's mostly poochyena, but he's still a poochyena/eevee hybrid :> here's the backstory for him: storm was born in a very large town, a long ways away from where the rp takes place. in fact, the town was a part of a kingdom. storm grew up with his poochyena mother and absent eevee father, who was killed by a horde of wild salandit a few days before storm was born. a plague had ravaged the kingdom, and storm tried his best to keep himself safe, but his mother fell ill from the plague. he made the decision to rob the town's market, and he stole medicine to help the plague. however, since the market was conveniently filled with a lot of things, such as weapons and medicine, he stepped on a blade and cut his pawpad. he ended up leaving the store only to discover, when he got home, his mother dead. she'd been murdered while he was gone. the pokemon who storm is convinced was the murderer framed storm, and storm barely escaped the town with his life. he's been a fugitive from the kingdom ever since, and he fled his kingdom for the land that poths takes place in.
