UPDATE 4/8/14: I now know why the Scratcher in question did this. He was depressed. I am currently going through some depression, so I understand what's going on. He had a reason to say what he did, and, while I still don't agree with it, I can accept it. I will leave this project up, however, to remind people not to do these things, especially without good reason.
