Instructions

Use turbo mode by shift-clicking the flag! A program to make a Gameboy sprite of up to a 16X16 size. it can only use 4 different shades of grey like the original Gameboy. Select colours at the bottom of the screen. then you can draw the sprite in the white space using the mouse. to erase, select the chequered pattern (the 5th colour). To the right is another colour pallet so you can set the background colour. When done, click 'Generate' to scan in the image. wait for the orange square to scan the sprite (until it gets to the top left corner). It can then be display it on the green-shaded Gameboy screen! You can then edit it and scan in a modified version of the sprite! You can also hold down space to remove the green overlay on the preview (to make it black and white rather than the Gameboy green colour)

Description

I will do some updates soon. I might even make a Gameboy Colour sprite maker with a full-colour palette, but only allowing 56 colours due to the GBC limit of 56 colours on-screen (yes, I pay attention to these limitations). I'm making some Gameboy games as well. Updates: 1.0: Initial release 1.1: Made tile editor appear instantly instead of having to wait for it to load. Added centre edge markers (so you can tell where the centre is easily). Changed the tick into 'Generate'. Added a 'New' button to reset the design 1.2: Made tile editing use stamping rather than clones to make editing feel 'smoother'. Also, a tile is shown on the mouse to make it easier to see where the tile is going to be placed 1.2.1: Added a 'Generating Sprite Please Wait' Text. More features coming soon!
