I saw a character contest and was all like "I know who belongs in it!". It is......this character! Inspired by rainbows and marine life, I just thunked up this idea one day. And it comes with a groovy tune that isn't my original idea, it just fit the character so well, so I dissided to yoose it. Cool! I am so good at making caracters.
