My answer: Chrome. Scratch runs smoothly on this browser, which is the reason why I still use Chrome. I used to have Firefox, but now Scratch is broken on Firefox. I still use an older version of Firefox in my old Sony Vaio laptop. Favorite for Chrome, and Heart for Firefox.
