Instructions

This is an improved version of my "Reminder" project, with even more remindery good stuff. Drag the dial to set it, and it will count down from there. The alarm will ring when it hits zero. Type a key or click on anything to make the alarm stop. You can make it automatically re-start, or lots of other stuff. The "Alarm End" lets you tell it when to stop the alarm - either it rings until you click or press a key to turn it off ("user input"), or it rings just once and then stops by itself.

Description

I needed to nudge a process on the computer once every ten minutes, so I wrote this project to nudge me. Then, as with most of my projects, I got carried away with it. :-) The appearance is very much like a wind-up timer sitting on the countertop next to my oven at home. Even though it seems to work pretty well, I wouldn't trust it with anything important. Too many things can go wrong, even the flash player itself crashes every now and then. If you have a big job interview the next morning, don't use this as your alarm clock. :-) I tried to make it obvious if the timer stops for any reason, whether you pause it, turn it off (by dragging to zero), or stop the program completely.
