Last Sunday, in Feb. 4, me and my family took an exit at the intersection of I-80 and I-476 in Hickory Run, Pennsylvania, while taking an excursion to Philadelphia, driving on our 2017 Toyota Sienna instead of 2007 Honda Odyssey. When we got to the toll plaza, I noticed that there are no traffic lights at the toll plaza anymore. On the way back from Philadelphia, we got off I-476 to take I-80, and I took a picture while we are at the toll plaza, before paying a toll. Why they removed the traffic lights at the toll plaza?
