Same controls. Press B as Vegeta and he will go to the mouse pointer. Cell does have the upper hand having 5000 HP. But that's becuz in teh Cell Saga (AKA The best saga EVER :D) Perfect Cell is almost impossible to beat. ENJOY! o_0
