Phew an earth pony oc! Haven't seen one of those in a while! This oc is supposed to be Halloween themed :D Halloween is my favorite holiday, and I'm always thinking of costumes for the next one days after Halloween xD My favorite part is the costumes, not so much the candy. (Even though I do love my candy :p)
