Use your mouse to move where the bursts spawn and use the number keys to change their color. Use spacebar to make the particle in the center shoot a white burst in a random direction. I find this project fun and mesmerising. Feel free to use its effect in any game you want, just give credit!
When I was coding P.H.A.S.E.D on offline scratch I used something like this for the neurotoxin, and I enhanced it a bit for a full on project! By the way, P.H.A.S.E.D is coming out soon, so be sure to check it out when its posted!
