Spoilers for Subnatica ahead, read at your own risk Prologue Urali was sitting in the cafeteria eating a bag of chips, not seeming to care about all the noise, the Aurora seemed to enter a slingshot maneuver around Planet 4546B. Suddenly a large explosion sounded in the side of the ship and the alarms turned on. "Ship damaged, evacuate to lifepods immediately." Instantly Urali stood up and ran over to the only lifepod that hadn't been detached... Lifepod 20, People kept looking into the lifepod while running past and didn't enter despite it being fit for two. Urali eventually decided to detach the lifepod since nobody would come on. However during the detachment something fell into the pod and hit him in the head, causing him to pass out. Chapter 1 Urali opened his eyes to see the wreck that was his lifepod, it was still intact but there were dents everywhere and a large metal panel. "Great..." He hissed, grabbing out his PDA to check how long he'd been passed out "Good morning Urali, finally decided to wake up 'eh?" The PDA joked "Yes yes, just tell me how long I've been passed out... Darn nanobots are way too good at taking care of me I'm not even thirsty!" He sighed "You have been asleep for. 365 Earth days." The PDA droned. Urali stood still for a second before realizing "What! That's an entire year!" He seemed shocked that he was still alive and that none of his nanobot caretakers had died out during the time he was passed out. He opened up his PDA to check if his glasses were in his inventory still "Thank god they're still there." He chuckled and put the PDA away "Wellp, I guess I should explore..." He looked up at the hatch and took a deep breath "Here goes nothing." He clambered up the ladder and as he opened the hatch a strange bird flew off. As he looked around he seemed to become intrigued by the surroundings "I think I'm gonna like it here." He smiled and looked around, suddenly a small crab-like creature sprung onto the lifepod and began to attack him. "Oi!" Urali grabbed out the stasis rifle he kept for emergencies and shot it. "What the..." The creature looked like something out of a game he played when he was back on Earth with weird looking crab things that had an obsession with eating heads, he picked it up and ripped off one of its legs and bit it. "Well it tastes nice enough." He shrugged and continued chewing on it as the sun slowly entered the horizon. Ayy so this is what I'm going to be doing with my life for the next- who knows how many chapters! If you couldn't already tell, it's about Urali going through the events of Subnautica but after the character you play as leaves the planet. Also in this he doesn't have his headscarf- which means his hair is mEGA FLOOF. Also those are sketches of him and his pet he'll get in chapter 2, Guide to the sketches: top left; Urali on his PDA while Bumble watches him wanting pets and food top mid; Bumble steals dads glasses top right; Bumble does not like being picked up sometimes, so he did the only thing he could, nOM bottom left; Bumble proteccs while dad gets attacked by a stalker bottom right; Bumble likes hair floof, hair floof is good while Urali scans a peeper Also it was @SkyWarriorTheSkyWing 's idea for me to do this ok, just letting you guys know-
