-The Sad Story Of Misty- One tragic day, a little kitten went outside to explore. She sniffed everything in sight. The flowers, trees, and even rabbit holes. But as she was sniffing, a tornado came rumbling towards her! She thought it was a pretty cloud, so she did not run or hide. Instead, she reached out her paw...... and WHOOSH! She was caught in the tornado. The kitten blacked out..... *** When Misty woke up, she was lying in a clearing in the woods, far away from home. She couldn't tell where she was, and something was scuttling over her legs. Misty jumped up and pounced on the mouse. "Good," Misty thought, "Now I at least have something to eat!" After finishing the mouse, she sat up. She realized that she had no place to sleep, and the woods looked unwelcoming and dark. Several years passed, and Misty grew older, but she never forgot the tornado. As Misty climbed up a hill, she thought about the tornado.
