You have to DOUBLE click the green flag for it to work the right way or else the timing will be off. @-SummerTime- the timing is off when you don't double click the green flag but I tested it and in another project and if you put like broadcast "part 9 start" at the end of part 8 it should be fine and the timing will be right.
