OH BOY TODAY'S A GOOD ONE So, we're in Social Studies right now and we have a substitute and we didn't really get anything done because he's a nice sub. Anyway, we got into really weird conversations about college and how New York City isn't the ONLY part of New York, and he told us a story about how his cat got food dye on his tail and he was accidentally painting on everything in the house with his tail. And at one point I think he made us agree to something and everybody said "Yes, sir." but then Jacob accidentally said "Yes, ma'am." because our actual Social Studies teacher is a girl. And then people started joking about Reed being absent but he wasn't and Jacob was trying to say his name and he messed up and said "Reed-- I mean-- John-- I mean--" because his real name is John. The sub asked us what we were learning in Social Studies, and we all said "World War I" because that's what we're learning, and he said "Oh. World War II is a lot more interesting." and we all agreed and then I thought about the how the Russians were communist and then I though about Bill Wurtz's "history of the entire world" and I sang the little jingle that goes "Communism!! In the Sooooviet Unioooonnnn!!" and everybody started laughing.
