He and his siblings, Flowerclaw and Treenose, were attacked. He barely made it back to camp, bleeding hard. The medicine cat said that he would be scarred for life. He asked what attacked them and how were his siblings. The medicine cat told him that a cat from a rival clan attacked them, the other clanmates obviously killed him. and, that his siblings died at the rival clan cat's paws. He was lost in grief and said he'd take a walk. he found DazeClan and they took him in. rightfully renaming him Scarcross. He didn't mind. his OLD clanmates thought he was dead because he didn't come back from his ''walk.'' and he finally got over his grief and his scars healed.
