I know I have an art trade to get done. I know I have a MAP part to get done. I know I was in the middle of animating an awesome meme. But I stopped everything because I was hit with a HUGE wave of nostalgia from some of the stuff I used to watch and read when I was little. 1 - I really liked Fetch! With Ruff Ruffman, I wanted to draw Blossom but Ruff was more iconic. 2 - CYBERCHASE. I LOVED THAT SHOW SO, SO MUCH EVEN THOUGH I HATE MATH. It was one of the only shows that didn't star animals that held my attention. Jackie was always the best character. It's been years but I'll still fight you on that. 3 - The backyardigans pretty much embodies how I spent my childhood, running around the backyard pretending I was a hero or something. Looking back the animation was terrible, but the story certainly had an appeal to younger me. 4 - How could you not love Curious George? 5 - Fletcher and the falling leaves is an amazing book about a little fox who is 'friends' with a tree, come winter he gets all upset because the tree lost all it's leaves. 6 - The Trouble with Cauliflower. I have no idea why I liked this book but I did.
