DISCLAIMER! Come to think of it, maybe don't try this trick at home, since paper towels are unsterilized and I can't think of a good way to sterilize them, so it could lead to the wound becoming infected. If you're REALLY in a pinch and have no alternatives, yes, this will probably slow bleeding, but if you're going to use it you should definitely disinfectant first. Use this trick ONLY as a last resort! Thank you! With that out of the way, I had fun making this project, and thought it was cool when I made this as a younger kid, so I'm still keeping it up out of, well, just that I remember it kinda fondly, I guess, not out of any real practicality.
Note: Not really medically tested! Also, if available, the stuff that they put on adhesive bandages can be used instead of paper towel (It's a kind of gauze, but I don't know exactly what the name for it is).
