Updates: Ok, the webcomic and FATE will be put off for some time, so I can finish this: I have started a challenge. It's a big project, and I will be giving myself 4 months to complete it. Now, it's a VERY big project. About Pokemon! Now, here's the challenge. To create a whole region of Pokemon (150 Pokemon) in 3 months. Rules: Must have three starters (Fire, grass and water) Must contain a NEW TYPE Must have 2 MAIN legendaries. Minor legendaries or mythicals ARE allowed. Must have a journey log (One each week) of your trainer's journey. Must have an even amount of 3 leg evolutions, 2 leg evolutions, and non evolving Pokemon. Starters must be 3 leg. (Pokemon that evolve into different forms must even out those three. For EX: If you have 1 Pokemon that evolves depending on day & night, you must have 2 more of those, and minus one from each evolution type.) Must have NO Pokemon from other regions. No new Eeveelution, no new Mega's, NONE OF THAT Must design the humans of your world too. (Not battle trainers on the road, but major people.) You must have: A bad guy team, the Elite Four, the (Gosh I forgot what they're called) trainer you meet at the end of the elite four, your rival, the Pokemon Professor (Must be named after a tree XD) and your trainer. As you write your trainer log, record your current team in the region. Must have a basic layout of the continent. Islands and smaller continents are allowed, for legendaries, boss fights, important locations, etc. Mega's are allowed. Must have some sort of story to your region. Like, for Alola, there's the ultra beasts. So, there must be a story event going on. Each pokedex entry must have: Type, what pokemon they are (Like, Pikachu is the electric mouse Pokemon) and the entry on them. (Pikachu's dex entry is: Pikachu's tail is sometimes struck by lightning as it raises it to check its surroundings.) Have fun with this challenge! So, here's my list of what I'll be using New type: Light type Name of game: Pokemon: Fire and Ice Bad team(s): Team Chill and Team Burn. Elite Four: Irene (Steel) Maximus (Fire) Bruno (Fighting) Dawn (Light) Boss/Master trainer after the elite four: Valarie Professor: Professor Aspen Rival: Dash Trainer: Quick Phew! So, that's my challenge. I will release some Pokemon from the region today, and make a journal entry for my trainer. Please, if you use this idea, credit me. I came up with it and made the rules and such. If there is another challenge like this, I haven't seen it, because I THINK this is 100% me, and there's been nothing else like it. I am much MUCH more motivated about this, and will most likely put off a lot of things. I will still be working on my webcomic and FATE, but on a slower schedule.
