They hated each other, and decided they coould not live with the Clans, let alone in the same Clan. They fought constantly, and one day, it got so bad that Icestar, their leader had to banish them forever. Mosstail and Mistflight had no choice but to work together to survive, but that didn't mean they liked it. They encountered a group or rouges, loners and former Clan cats who had ended up living together for unknown reasons. Mosstail constructed a group of cats to go on to create MossClan, while Mistflight took the others to the newly-founded MistClan. Elders might tell kits this story to this day, but Mosstail and Mistflight are long-since forgotten.
