You must be thinking, "Why did Friez make this?" WELL, I wanted to make a fully working scroll detection thing. Before people start screaming, "Friez, the down arrow event already works as a scroll detection!" I will just end up responding with, "Yes, but have you tried pressing the up and down arrows? They don't work here, while with your more simple technique, the arrow keys set it off." Moral of the story, I made a scroll detection thingy, and don't complain.
