You just do what the game tells you to do. When you get to the choose one part, you choose whatever one by clicking the number or letter above it on your keyboard. Doesn't really matter what you chose. When you get to the end (which is very quick), you have to choose carefully. If you choose the right one you win. If you choose the wrong one you lose. Start over by either pressing the green flag or up arrow key because both of them works :) . When you get to the I WIN or I LOSE part, some little extra things were added. Promise me that you don't cheat so you wont destroy all the time and effort (three days) I put into this. Enjoy!
