Sort of like my project "Easy Circles" except this one uses trig to locate the pen. Click once to set the center, and once more to set the radius. Use the slider to control pen size. This method, unlike the "Easy Circles" method, is precise. You can have as large of a radius as you like, and even with a small pen size, it will still be very precise. Now, use the slider to control how precise the pen is. 1 is the most precise, and 25 is the least. With lower precision it draws in faster.
