Click on the countries to lower their health, If their health is 0 than whoever's turn it is will take that base over, Make sure to bring a friend. (Bottom right is the player's turn and the time left of the turn.) Make up your own rules if you want to, Like how much clicks per turn or if you have to wait to click, Etc.
