Shoot the snake!Seriously,you cannot kill the snake with just shoot it..there must be hidden weapon somewhere near the giant snake..the red balls is your HP..if you lost all your HP..your died..you must find the hidden weapon to kill the snake..but,it will appears only when the snake attack you..
