This is one of my newest ocs except I have no name for him-her-it yet. (But I'm thinking about DarkCarnival or ScarredThrill) It's based off of the bogeyman and (s)he always tries to make friends but always makes huge joke of everything and is seen as rude or mean. (S)he also often appears at the scene of a future death, but that doesn't mean that one will occur everywhere she goes of course.
