Let's saw you're drawing a picture for a song from Frozen- don't just draw Elsa and Anna sitting together and smiling, and don't look up a picture of them from that scene and try to trace it or re-create it- use your imagination! Also, everything must be your own work- only drawing, no using other pictures from online or other places and no taking pictures. (Unless your drawing is by hand and you're taking a picture of it to upload)

That's fine, but don't make it all about you. Make it about the song, because that's what your art is representing. If you want to have a random human looking at a sunset with your OC kitty next to them or something, if that works for the song then it's fine.... but what you SHOULDN'T do is make the human one of your OCs.
