I'm entering in the art section,and I'm a Minecraft geek,so yeah.This is what I came up with.Also,you really shouldn't look an enderman above the lower legs.They take this as a sign of hostility and will proceed to kill you unless you have good gear.Forget about shooting them with a bow;they'll just teleport away(unless they're in a minecart).Make a two-block-tall enderman shelter to hit them from-you'll be able to reach them,but they won't be able to hit you.Also,if you can't get to your shelter fast enough,get your back up against a wall so they can't teleport behind you.Endermen get hurt in water,so find your nearest lake and jump in.Same goes for lava.Also,create a minecart track around your home.When an enderman approaches,put on a pumpkin (you can look at endermen with it on,don't ask me why),and although it will obscure your vision,it's pretty useful.If you haven't already,set a couple minecarts on the track,then nudge the enderman to the nearest one.He won't be able to teleport out once he's in it and you can use him for archery practice.
