So welcome!! I'm hosting a contest called the Palette Contest! I was surfing colours (fite me if you don't like the u scratch) with my friendo @StrangePigeon and I thought, "I want to make some of these but wouldn't it be more fun to see what other artists would do too?" (I will be making one as well ^u^) So here we are with the Palette Contest. I don't know if anyone has ever made a contest like this before but if they have... forgive me. Now onto rules.
