My answer: Yes. I disliked it because I believe it is just a copy of Windows 2000, only to be rigged with crazy and unnecessary features. Also, this OS is unstable. However, I still have to use it on my old laptop, Sony Vaio PCG-3D4L. I am fine with your opinion on Windows Vista.
