EDIT 12/9/17- TYPO IN TIMBERLEAF'S LINES! It's "off," not "of." EDIT 10/16/17 - New thumbnail! EDIT 9/24/17- @fryekid loved this aaahhh Welcome to the Riverdawn casting call! This is a small idea I came up with a little while ago, and I'm also experimenting with different art styles! This one focuses on Riverdawn, a she-cat living in the time period of one of my fanfictions, Signs From StarClan/Signs of StarClan! I will be playing Riverdawn. Please read all the rules and notices before auditioning. This is a tiered casting process, meaning certain people will be chosen from here, and then afterwards, a new casting call will open for them, which will basically be the semifinals. After that, new characters will be introduced, and the finalists will compete for any of them. RULES: -Please have a clear mic. TIP: Turn the microphone volume down in your computer's sound settings or adjust the volume in Scratch. -Try to record with no background noise. TIP: You can use the Noise Reduction tool in Audacity to lower the volume of unwanted noise. -You may audition for as many characters as you like. -Record each line three times and DO NOT separate by line number or take. Please separate ONLY by character. -You may audition for a character of the opposite gender. -Keep all auditions in one project. -Do not ridicule or make fun of other auditions. Disrespect leads to disqualification. NOTICES: -I am aware that I have another, much larger series planned for release next year. Progress has been slow, and I will be working on this in between as a fun way to try a modified art style. -Please be patient. If you are casted, you must be able to understand that this project does not have priority and will be worked on in the background. This is not an excuse, however, to turn in your lines late. Please be punctual. -Be open to changes. This has all come together rather quickly, and character names, appearances, and other details could be changed for fluidity and clarity. -In the event that this has to be cancelled, it might be revisited in the future. More characters will be added if this gets enough attention. I WILL NOT CAST ANY CHARACTERS UNTIL I HAVE AT LEAST THREE AUDITIONS FOR THAT CHARACTER. I WILL MOST LIKELY NOT CAST ANYONE UNTIL THE FINAL DEADLINE UNLESS THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY SPOT ON FOR THAT CHARACTER. Tips: Use outside software to record and import. Speak clearly and with purpose. Read the lines before your character's as if they are speaking to one another. Enunciate words and don't speak too quickly. Good luck, everyone!
The lines are inside. I recorded each line three times, as requested.
