First click "Start". Then click the snakes to slay them ("Enemy Health" says how much health the snake has left). Also "Your Health" is your health, it depletes over time, so, slay the snakes quickly, so you don't get a "Game Over". The rest you will experience. This games works with: Mac and Windows.
