Merry Christmas, friends! It's 5am in the morning for me, and I'm the first one up. Typical Christmas morning! I don't really want much this year, to be honest. I have everything I need. Christmas is a little different for me this year. My dad's going to work like at 6:00 today, so he's not going to be home for Christmas. Or New Years Eve/day. So yesterday on Christmas Eve we opened all our gifts, but my sister and I saved 3 for today. Instead of cookies, Santa got our leftover fudge, because we didn't have much time last night, opening presents and all. I got some cool stuff. Everything I asked for and more. I don't know, it's been a crazy year. At least where I live. But it's also been a great year. Over the summer, I got to visit with friends I don't get to see much, I went to an awesome concert for my birthday and my dad got us a boat so we went out tubing a lot. Over the fall, school started, and let's say that took some getting used to. This year was different for me, that's for sure. But I love school, and as long as you try your hardest in everything you do, school's pretty easy. Plus it helps my parents don't care whether I got a D or an A, as long as I try my best. Which I do, and honestly, I'd be way more mad at myself then anyone else when it comes to even a B. And the winter season was great, making fudge and delivering it to neighbors and friends, decorating the house, and the tree, and we got to see my favorite band in concert for my sister's birthday. So anyway, I wish you all a very merry Christmas, and joy in what the new year brings.
