Ok here's my answer to this question I made up: In Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time, Bowser pulls Bowser Jr. (Or something idk how Bowser Jr. gets there) from the past, meaning that Bowser Jr. is not in fact Bowsers son but a young version of Bowser. That also means that Baby Bowser and Bowser Jr. are the same person. AND THIS ALSO MEANS THAT BOWSER LIED TO BOWSER JR. ABOUT BEING HIS FATHER AND PEACH HIS MOTHER (But this still leaves the Koopalings for me to figure out... Ok i'll stop being a game theorist.) So there. This is my explanation. Take it or leave it.
