INTERACTIVE BLOCKS DEMO Hello! In Facial Expressions, I tried making parts of a character independent of each other so they could act differently. It worked well so I created this project. This project uses parts from Facial Expressions and uses all of the types of blocks in Scratch - it's a show of how you can use Scratch Blocks and what they can do. Use the numbers on your keyboard to play around with it! I hope you enjoy! Note that I am still working on this to improve it further - perhaps make it more interesting, fun, or use more blocks! Mouse Movement: controls the position of the character; uses motion blocks to make the character slowly travel towards and in the direction of the mouse pointer 1: makes the character switch into another costume for 3 seconds, then returning - this will be used in Mood Swings, a game where your goal is to hit certain emotions 2: game where you shrink a little and have to collect the three pieces of agar to grow back to your normal size; you will have to move your mouse to where the character would gobble the agar 3: greets you with a warm hello near the moving character; more greeting may be added - the speech is from an interesting text engine you should check out Touching the Interact Object: touching the green guy will make him react with a question; more responses or reactions may be added soon as I continue to work on this demo
