case 1 is the main cause of all the chaos that occurs in the episode but he is not the most dangerous case 59 and 71 are way more deadly than case 1 but overall case 1 is one of the most hostile there are other cases that are more hostile than it but what makes them less dangerous is that they don't have very effective ways of murder take case 30 for example it is a relentless killer but it's lack of strength or deadly effects it can cause makes it a lot less dangerous than case 1
