Description

GEAR DRAWING TOOL (TOOLBOX) Hello! I'm creating a large Toolbox, a large library of useful scripts for everything - slide animations, gear drawing, paragraph makers, and more! The first tool in the toolbox is a gear maker, though it does not allow any physical properties and is simply drawn on. However, if you click on See Inside, you will find an alternative script that allows more dynamic and moving gears. Play around with the variables on the slider! There is a huge number of total combinations that each create their own unique gear, often looking quite strange! :Gear Type - the gear shape - there are 3 possible choices - they create different patterns of teeth :Gear Teeth - a count of the number of teeth per section - sections are determined by tooth gap size and gear type - adds one tooth to each section (number of sections = corners in a gear type) :Tooth Gap Size - determines the spacing between groups of teeth - a helpful friend for gear teeth - helps create different gear looks It may be hard to create the gear type you want with such abstract and confusing variables, but the unexpected outcomes are amazing! And don't just go for the plain simple ones where the slider options are at the edges; try more! Combinations to Try - gear type 2, gear teeth 10, tooth gap size 45 - gear type 3, gear teeth 5, tooth gap size 15 - gear type 1, gear teeth 5, tooth gap size 30 If you found an interesting combination, tell me, and I will add it! CREDITS Tools - @CodeBit all tool scripts completely and originally created by me created this tool from discovering how to draw circles using straight lines NOTES This is just for fun but you can use it in a project.
