This is a revolutionary peice of Scratch engineering. Well, no it isn't, but it is a nice peice of programming. Feel free to download and re-do this. If you use this program as a base for any other program, please give credit. It would be nice to have a better background but I couldn't be bothered. It will work in a new way - You setting the time, then after 60 seconds it will go to the next minute, and after the Minute Hand hits the top, it will go onto the next hour.
