Controls: Right arrow does a stroke on the right side of the kayak. Left arrow does a stroke on the left side of the kayak. Holding down the down arrow while doing left or right arrow does a backwards stroke. Goal: Explore Frenchman Bay with your kayak. Look for orange circles and run over them with your kayak to view marine scenes. Resume paddling to hide the scenes. Why I Made This: I really love Nautical Charts! I love all the information displayed on them and imagining all the cool places I can go in my kayak. If you want to learn more about them, take a look around on the web. This might be a good place to start http://boatsafe.com/nauticalknowhow/chart101.htm Warnings: Real ocean kayaking requires good equipment, good skills, and a close eye on the weather. This project does not accurately simulate actual kayaking. In real life it would take over an hours worth of paddling to move horizontally by one tile. This is just for fun and should not be used for real navigation.
