Thanks to @KittenThatDraws for the CC! The character is Bramble here is her backstory... She used to be a normal cat but then she got superpowers and could control water... She couldn't control her powers and accidently killed plants... Then she ran away to the forest and met another cat.. Wren.. a cat with fire powers they soon became mates and had 3 kittens Robin, Lark, and Feather. Feather has the power to control fire and water and maintained his control and set fire to rain once..
