Help the pharmacist count the pills. Move the pharmacist in any direction (up, down, left right) with the arrow keys. Try to count blue pills, but avoid the red ones. Each time the pharmacist touches a pill, it is reflected on the counters at the top of the screen. When she has counted 10 red pills, the game is over. If she has counted more blue pills than red pills, you win!
I worked as a pharmacist for 24 years. While pill-counting is no longer the primary function of a pharmacist, it made for a fun little game.
