(I dont think anyone would really want a pengin OC, they could just stick to the cats and dogs and stuff) I tried to fit with all the communities to make a wide variety of people interested in joining :> Rules: You may enter for more than one penguino. You can add additional accessories and still keep them. The additional accessories must fit with the color pallet. You may not make a penguin of your own.
