HELP. Read notes. Thanks

Description

Old scratch1.4 video-test support. When I using 1.4, I was able to open a video in scratch 1.4 through squeak, or the program that was used to create scratch. You can no longer do that with 2.0 so I decided to upload this project. I've rarely seen people putting movies on scratch. Copyrights do matter but this is a simple windows sample video. Credit to creators of windows7. However the problem I having with this is that I cannot get the frame-rate or costumes per-rate to match the original video. For some odd reason I've forgotten how I split up the video into these costumes or picutre. I did it through the video when it was in a folder on windows alone, without any program besides windows7 iteself. So if anyone can figure out how I did this please let me know. Anyways, I can't get this project to match the original video. If you have windows7 go to desktop (where you are when you start the computer), videos, sample videos, and click wildlife. Then if you want to help me, make a remix of this or tell me how to fix the scripts in the comments. After I fix that I can add sound. Thanks.
