You (the dragon on the left) use arrow keys or WASD to move. There is gravity. If you touch the computer, you will lose lives. Lightning randomly comes out of the top of the screen, and does massive damage. Dodge it if you can. Med kits will spawn. If you leave them for too long, they will disappear.
