As the title suggests this is a project which takes an input and either codes or uncodes it. It is slow but on turbospeed is pretty good. It works by creating a virtual Caesar Wheel and individually codes each letter in the input string. DO NOT USE ANYTHING OTHER THAN LOWER-CASE LETTERS!!!! Enjoy. Btw insanely fast in flash player.
