Ned Frontfall, Based off of Dan Backslide, it a type of cartoon character, per se, His thoughts are loud for thoughts, He can bend the laws of physics, he screams Very loud, etc, He hates a lot of people, They drive him to drink, just like Dan Backslide. He steals vehicles, like runabouts, like Dan Backslide... Etc and etc... and he can have multiple voices.
