Every time the blockchain is updated active clients check if the existing transactions were altered or not. If the updated blockchain contains modifications to old blocks, the clients will revert the changes. This is to prevent someone from altering old transactions and getting their MeowCoins back or stealing someone other's MeowCoins. Every transaction is checked by a random online client. If the user has no enough MeowCoins, the transaction will be reverted. After every transaction check, 1 MeowCoin is generated. You can't mine a transaction if you're the sender or receiver. You can't send MeowCoins to yourself. You can't make a 0 M transaction. Every new user gets 10 MeowCoins until 1000 MeowCoins are generated or if no transactions were made in the last 7 days. You also get 10 MeowCoins if you have 0 MeowCoins and there was no transaction in the last 7 days.
