You can upgrade it to unlock new buildings. - Shop - You can buy upgrades here - Farm / Large farm - gives You some people and coins every 2 seconds. - Park - makes Your people happier Upgrades: - Faster collecting taxes - time between collectings is shorter by 1 second - Stronger farmers - farms are twice as effective - Larger families - each NEW house or apartment block gives You more people.
