Description

MAH 1ST PROJECT IN 4EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...! choose the lengths of the two non-hypotenuse sides of a right triangle, and the project will draw all 3 sides of the triangle and tell you the length of the hypotenuse. For those of you who are thinking, WHAT THE McFRIZZLE?: Right triangles are triangles with 1 right angle in them. One of the sides of a right triangle is called the hypotenuse. This is the side of the triangle that isn't connected to the right angle. (Dat's a rhyme!) if you know the lengths of the two sides of the triangle that aren't the hypotenuse, you can find out the length of the hypotenuse by using an equation called the Pythagorian Theorem, named after the ancient Greek guy who discovered it. The equation is: A2+B2=C2. A and B are the two sides of the triangle connected to the right angle, and C is the hypotenuse. In other words, if you multiplied the lengths of the two non-hypotenuse sides of a right triangle by themselves, the square root of the sum of the products of those equations would be the length of the hypotenuse. Still kinda confuzzling.
